We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 10 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.
- Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on lost or stolen items.
- We DO NOT offer refunds on orders with tracking links that state “delivered.”
- We charge a $5 reshipment fee if there is an undeliverable address or attempted delivery return.
