How long will it take to receive my order?

We make every effort to process orders within 2 business days. You will receive an email update once your order has been shipped.

All orders are shipped through USPS and include tracking. The tracking number will be sent to the email that you provided at checkout, as soon as your order ships. Please note that the Order Number is not your tracking number.

USA/Canada: 5-7 business days
Europe: 7-9 Business days
International: 9-12 business days

What Size are the Beads?

The size of beads vary from 3 mm to 10 mm depending on the style of the bracelet.  Please read the product description to know the actual size.

OUT OF STOCK

Due to the nature of our business, occasionally merchandise will run out of stock. When this happens you will be contacted immediately and offered a full refund or a similarly priced alternative.

Although most bracelets will be in stock and may ship within two business days, some items may not be and therefore may require additional time up to 14 business days in production before they are shipped. You will be contacted via email.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All payments are processed by PayPal, which is a very trusted and secure platform. We do not store or have access to any of your credit or debit card details, or passwords. Payments are 100% screened through and processed by PayPal.

PayPal accepts all major credit/debit cards! You do not need a PayPal account to pay.

What is your return policy?

You can return any merchandise for up to 5 days after the delivery date. Original Shipping charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item’s value if that happens.

You will be responsible for shipping fees. Please be sure to get a tracking number when you ship the order back to us. We will not be held responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.

What size(s) are Mens Design bracelets?

Our bracelets are crafted with a custom stretch jewelry band that will adjust to fit your wrist accordingly. They are designed to fit a wide range of wrist sizes and will stretch for a comfortable wear.

How do I use a coupon?

After adding items to your cart, click  “Cart Icon” link at the top right of this site and continue to checkout. Coupon can be entered on final page of checkout prior to placing an order.

PACKAGES THAT ARE UNCLAIMED/REJECTED/RETURNED

All packages that are refused, unclaimed from the local post office, undeliverable as addressed because you input the wrong name or address when you placed your order, will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a restocking and shipping fee of 30-50% of an item’s value if that happens. So please do remember to check your address carefully when you place an order.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

1) Visit us at www.mensdesign.com, and find the item you’d like to order.
2) Click on the item, and then you’ll arrive at it’s product page.
3) Select the style color you’d like via the drop-down menu
4) Click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button
5) Simply repeat steps 1-4 above until you’ve added everything you want to order to your virtual cart.
6) Click on ‘Checkout’ at the top right corner of the page.

7) Follow the instructions to enter your shipping address, and then your payment details. Do make sure you follow through the whole process by clicking on “Pay now” or “Complete Order” before you close the website. If your order is successful, you will see a page with your Order number.

How can i cancel or change my order?

Email us directly at support@mensdesign.com prior to shipping items. Order processing time is between 2 business days
